AmbiSolo®
AmbiSolo® is a super‑low‑profile castellated underfloor heating (UFH) system engineered for refurbishment projects where floor build‑up must be kept to an absolute minimum. Incorporating 12mm AmbiFlex® P12 pipe within a 16mm self‑adhesive castellated panel, the system is finished with a fibre‑reinforced levelling compound to deliver a total build‑up of just 18-22mm.
Designed to be laid directly onto a structural, level subfloor, AmbiSolo® is suitable for both concrete and chipboard bases, but must not be installed over insulation or floating substrates. Once levelled, most floor finishes can be installed directly, with tiles benefiting from a decoupling membrane to accommodate lateral movement and protect grout lines.
With rapid heat‑up times of just 15-25 minutes, AmbiSolo® provides radiator‑like responsiveness but with the comfort and efficiency of UFH. Its exceptional heat output up to 135 W/m² makes it one of the highest‑performing low‑profile systems on the market.

Thermal Performance
Tested to BS EN 1264‑2:2021, AmbiSolo® achieves up to 135 W/m² at 20°C room temperature with MWT 45°C and 0 tog covering. Performance will vary depending on covering type, pipe centres and building heat‑loss characteristics.
Floor Finishes
- Tiles: Direct tiling once levelled; decoupling membrane recommended.
- Carpet / Vinyl / LVT: Lay after levelling compound has fully cured.
- Wood: Install once moisture content and manufacturer requirements are met.
