JoFloor® 28 UFH System Panel

JoFloor® 28 is a 28mm low-profile underfloor heating system designed for renovation projects over timber joists, making it ideal for retrofit applications where floor height and finishes must be retained. The system combines double aluminium foil layers with structural flooring-grade panels to provide rapid heat response, even distribution, and high thermal output of up to 107 W/m².

Printed guides on the top panels clearly indicate pipe routes and fixing points, ensuring fast and accurate installation. The double aluminium foil layers enhance both thermal output and lateral heat spread, delivering a fast response time and efficient heating across timber joist floors.

JoFloor® 28 is suitable for carpet, engineered wood, solid wood, or tiled finishes (use the tile top panel for tiles). The system must be installed over a structural, stable, and firm timber joist subfloor, following all floor finish manufacturer guidelines.
